Centivo reached out to Langrand for help meeting aggressive enrollment goals, specifically for self-funded employer groups in new markets. With a relatively unknown consumer brand and little in the way of product awareness, we knew a successful campaign had to go well beyond basic employer communications.
Real talk
To win over new members, Buffalo-based startup Centivo needed to stimulate a new conversation about health insurance—one anchored in the belief that a health plan is made to be used. It’s not rocket science; it’s just the way it should be.
This sentiment carried over into a campaign that centered around “real talk”—the things people truly believe about, and want from, their healthcare. Things like simple, predictable costs. And an experience driven not by less care, but the right care.
Good things happen
Ultimately, the campaign greatly improved our client’s brand awareness in target markets and helped drive an enrollment increase that proved the Centivo model was gaining momentum. In Q4 2024, the company also reached a critical funding milestone, helping to cement Centivo’s status as an up-and-coming changemaker in the healthcare space.
