Here’s what it took to build a brand that promised to cut through the clutter—a breath of fresh healthcare.
Meet Celeste
We developed Celeste from the ground up, taking care to craft a healthcare brand that prioritized the personal above all else. Our model for the brand was “the knowledgeable nurse next door”: friendly, helpful and skilled in navigating complex environments.
From the beginning, Celeste was driven by the belief that each member has unique healthcare needs, from managing acute, chronic or complex conditions to simply navigating benefits. In every case, they deserve a trusted ally, and Celeste delivers.
Identifying a need
When Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield came to us in 2019 and asked for our help differentiating their business from competitors in a crowded arena, we saw an opportunity to try something new. By working closely with their team to better evaluate the wants and needs of real people in Arkansas, we were able to identify a deep frustration with an overly complex and confusing healthcare landscape—and a sincere desire for a better way to navigate it.
By bringing together health navigation, care management, point solutions and benefits support into a single, seamless platform, we managed to build an approach that could lead employers to the right mix of solutions for the specific needs of their workforce—while providing members with the personalized care plans and streamlined coordination they want and deserve.
