Our account supervisors are smooth operators. They’re closely attuned to the beat of the agency and they keep our workflow moving in time.

Day-to-day

  • Day to day manager of the client relationship and business
  • Facilitate the development of project briefs, timelines, budgets, meeting recaps, etc. 
  • Establish and grow relationship with senior stakeholders with assigned account(s) 
  • Understand the industry and business challenges our clients are facing
  • Turn client feedback into actionable direction for creative and media teams
  • Integrate strategic planning philosophy into project and campaign development 
  • Collaborate with other departments (strategy and creative) to create marketing and project plans 
  • Work closely with account director to manage account managers and executives
  • Meet regularly with team leadership to identify and address potential issues that may impact the client's business and relationship 
  • Track all contractual and financial aspects of assigned account(s) 


Qualifications

+ 6+ years in account service or brand management 

+ 4+ years of media experience across all media channels 

+ Bachelors degree in advertising, marketing or related field 

+ B2B and B2C experience preferred 

+ Confident communicator, strategic, articulate, proactive and excellent presenter 

+ Natural leadership skills 

+ Data analytics and visualization knowledge is a plus

+ Review all material for accuracy prior to client presentation
